Get the app
The Mridanga Seva app is for the students and coordinators of the class. It shows your visits, your progress through the syllabus, announcements, lessons and practice tools such as a metronome.
Android phones
Install the Android app from its download page on expo.dev, the service that builds it. The page shows a QR code and an Install button.
The app is not in the Google Play Store yet, so Android asks you once to allow installing apps from your browser. The app then updates itself.
A Google Play Store listing will follow.
iPhone, iPad and computers
Open the web version in any browser. On an iPhone, add it to your home screen from Safari (Share, then Add to Home Screen) and use it like an installed app.
The web version needs the internet to open. For the door, keep a screenshot of your QR card (My QR) in your photos, for yourself only, or ask the desk for a printed QR card: either one scans. If the Guru gives you a new card, take a new screenshot.
Signing in
Sign up in the app before you come to the class; the desk then accepts your sign-up (see How to join). The app is in English, Telugu and Hindi; it follows your phone's language, and you can change it in the app.
The app does not show ads and does not track you. See the privacy notice for what it keeps.
